How do I connect ChatGPT or Claude?
In the app under Your AI. Locins walks you through the connection step by step, then you keep planning in the conversation.
What does my AI see about me?
Only what you share, area by area. You can see every permission and withdraw it at any time.
How do I invite my crew?
Open the adventure and tap Invite. You share a link, a QR code or an email. Everyone who joins sees the adventure's plan, costs and photos.
What is the Locins Pass?
Your Locins account: ID, profile and permissions in one place. You use it to sign in to Locins and to apps that use Locins, and to check in with hosts.
Where is my data, and who gets it?
Locins processes your data in the EU. We don't sell, rent or trade it. Others only see what you share. If you connect ChatGPT or Claude, whatever you share there is also covered by that provider's privacy terms.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under You, then Data. There you can download your data or delete your account. Deletion can't be undone.

What is Locins Terminal?
The product for businesses. You connect your data, and Bricks, building blocks for your business, run on top of it, for example for bookings, check-in or the guest guide. A Look gives everything your style.
How do I get started?
Create your Locins Terminal account. It's your account for everything where you earn or pay money. Then choose your package: Stay, Event, Restaurant, Market or Your solution.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You choose building blocks and connect what you already use.
Can I connect my booking platforms, my calendar or my till?
Yes, through Gates, the connections to your systems. A Gate mirrors your data, reads it live, or reads what partners share with you.
Who can see my guests' data?
You and the people on your team you give a role to. Guests share their data through their Locins Pass, for a stated purpose. Every access is logged.
How do I get the “With Locins” sticker?
Every place we work with gets one from us for free, support included. Its QR code leads to the Locins Tag of your place. The rules: account, legal notice and contact person are checked, prices are as shown, and only people who were really there can leave a review. Anyone who breaks the rules loses the sticker.
How do I become an Adventurer?
As a local, you share what you know about your place and offer tours. As a photographer, you take photos for accommodation. You apply with your Locins Pass, the Locins Team reviews it.
