Sustainability
Travel that's good for the region.
Locins does five things for it.
Take the train. With time for the places in between.
When you plan an adventure, you plan the train ride right along with it. The ride becomes part of the adventure, with a stop in a town you'd otherwise only see from the platform.

From the village, not from a chain.
Locals show you the bakery, the farm shop and the café only the village knows about.
You book local businesses right in the app with Locins. What you spend there stays in the region.

Beautiful places away from the crowds.
Regions show you in the app where it is busy right now and where it is quiet.
For regions, that means fewer crowds at the viewpoint and more guests in the villages that have room.

Rent what you only need once.
Rain jacket, backpack, bike: shops on site rent them out through Locins. You pick them up with a code and bring them back when the adventure is over.

A report that shows what works.
Where were your guests, and when? How many came by train? Which places had room?
The report answers that for your region. Aggregated, without individual guests, built only from data that businesses and guests have shared.

Example, no real dataArrival
No number without a method.
Every number states its method, its source and its date.
We only show numbers about guests in aggregate, never about individuals.
Where we lack a sound method, there's no number. That's why you won't find CO₂ figures on this page.

Plan your next adventure by train.
The Locins app is free, with no limits.
