  • Mirrored

Locins fetches regularly and keeps it, for history, reports and AI.

  • Live

Locins only asks when it's needed and stores nothing permanently.

  • Shared

A partner shares data with you, and Locins reads it live, without a copy.

Technical

Locins only talks to a source through its Gate: sign-in via OAuth or key, mapping to one shared data model, permissions per field, data location EU. Open standards: iCalendar for calendars, OCTO for tours, AlpineBits for hotel software, GTFS for bus and train, OpenSharing and Apache Iceberg for sharing.

Others build Bricks too. Locins checks every one.

Partners, agencies and developers can bring their own Bricks into the catalogue. They carry their name and the “Checked by Locins” label.

  • Only the data it needs, every share with a purpose.
  • Accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA.
  • Legible in Zitrone and Dolomitz.
  • Data in the EU, no training.
  • Locins checks every new version again.
